I strongly believe in helping patients acquire the health education they need to stay well or manage their chronic conditions. Knowing about and avoiding risk factors is very important, so I encourage people to stop smoking, eat better, and exercise regularly. I also help them understand their prescriptions and the value of following medication regimens carefully. Health can be improved at any age when patients and their medical teams work together.
