I contacted Valley Eye Associates recently to schedule an appointment for a routine checkup. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, easing my woes over visiting a new practice. I am so glad I decided to visit with Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee was patient, helpful, and had excellent bedside manner. Dr. Lee is an exemplary model of how every doctor should interact with patients they're treating, I truly can't remember the last time I had such a pleasant visit to a doctor's office. I felt that my concerns and safety were completely prioritized during my exam. I cannot recommend this location enough.

I went there as they are one of the few in my area with good reviews that work with my vision plan.  I was very happy with the exam by Dr. Lee, who was very patient and personable.  He took his time, listened to me, and gave me various ideas to help with my eye strain related to being on the computer for work all day.  Went back yesterday to pick out my glasses (need two pair) and I was pleased at the service, and the complete and transparent pricing that they reviewed with me twice to make sure there were no questions.  Was also surprised to find that the selection of frames that are covered by my insurance are very attractive and they did not try to talk me into getting something more expensive.

I had chosen Valley Eye Associates because they were listed in my insurance plan. The reason for my visit though, was because I had had been examined at an office that did not have an Optometrist and needed new pair of glasses. In brief, Valley Eye Assoc. filled the script for the new glasses. Apparently the script was not correct (this was not Valley Eye Associates fault). I returned to the original doc to re-examine and received a new script. I wasn't comfortable with the manner with which this office performed the exam. I had Dr Lee at Valley Eye re-examine me. His exam found that the second script, from my first doc, was not accurate either. I then was passed on to John, Optometrist at Valley Eye. John took the time to explain the rationale for each step of the progressive lens process. Can't say enough good things regarding the folks at Valley Eye Associates. Thanks you.

So I eamyed to update my review since i did go back to get a second pair of contacts. They were more pleasant, more helpful and understood my needs the second time when we spoke. I just didnt understand my first visit at all, wjy are they noy consistent ? I would now go back got another visit, but suggest that they lisyen to customers amd be upfro y about appointment times so that there is no suprises when the client has yp come back to finish appointments.

I would not give anything less than 5 stars. Thought I'd take a chance seeing some good reviews about them and it was a real good experience from start to end. I did my eye tests there. Dr Brodie did a thorough job on the test. The associates at the front desk and the Optometrist Dr Brodie were courteous and polite. Just the first phone call to inquire about services gave me a good feeling with Anna giving me all the information needed. Definitely going back for my frames. Again Dr Brodie was awesome!! Will update this review if anything changes.
