Dr. Robert Piotrowski received his MD from the State University of New York at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA.
After working as a hospitalist, Dr. Piotrowski completed his cardiology fellowship at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He then worked as an attending cardiologist at Saint Luke's Cardiovascular Consultants in Kansas City, Missouri. While at Saint Luke's, Dr. Piotrowski was selected to run and staff a Saint Luke's affiliated cardiology clinic in the Cayman Islands.
He has been recognized for his compassionate care and was inducted into the Arnold P. Gold Humanism Society in medical school. He is Board Certified in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, adult advanced echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and is a registered physician in vascular ultrasound interpretation. Dr. Piotrowski’s clinical interests include prevention of coronary artery disease and the management of heart failure. He speaks English fluently and is proficient in Spanish.
