Dr. Kour is a graduate of the Acharaya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences and Hospital in India where she received her Medical Degree. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at The Icahn School of Medicine - Mount Sinai in the Bronx where she also served as Chief Resident. She is an Endocrinology Fellow from Westchester Medical Center University Hospital, New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Kour has extensive experience in hospital and clinic settings and takes a holistic picture of a patient’s condition to successfully diagnose and treat their conditions. She has special interests in Thyroid, Pituitary conditions, bone health and interpreting DXA (bone density scans), weight loss and is trained in Thyroid Ultrasound and Biopsies. In addition to English, Dr. Kour speaks Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
Dr. Kour is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Internal Medicine.
